Louise White

Louise Blackwelder White, 88, of Concord, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Tucker Hospice House. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Monday, December 31, 2012 from 12 until 2 pm. Funeral services will follow in the Concord chapel at 2 pm, with Rev. Steve Pennington officiating. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery. She was born on May 18, 1924 in Cabarrus County, to the late Beachum Blackwelder and the late Diana Fink Blackwelder. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde White, great-grandson, Jesse Funderburke, and brothers, Hugh, Ernest, Marshal, and Luke Blackwelder. Louise is survived by: sons, Ray White and Kenneth White both of Concord; daughter, Donna White Loan of Kannapolis; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
