Lucy Rose Park, 23, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2011, in Carolinas Medical Center – University, Charlotte, NC. Miss Park was born August, 3, 1987, in Haywood County, to Robert Gregory Park, and Kim Janette Garmon. Surviving family members are her parents, Robert, and Kim; brother, Samuel Garmon Park and wife, Amy, of Clayton, NC; niece, Arianna Park; maternal grandfather, James Garmon, of Troy; and paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Horton, of Waynesville.
