Mabel Dick

Mabel Irene Dick, age 80 of 44171 Dennis Rd, Albemarle, NC passed away on October 30, 2009 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle. She was born in Stanly County, April 16, 1929 Mabel was the daughter of the late Daniel Ratio Dennis and Nellie Talbert Dennis. She is also preceded in death by a daughter, Marion Yvonne Dick. She is survived by sons: Jeffrey Dick of Albemarle and Daniel Dick and wife Michelle of New London, daughter, Sharon Melinda Dick, brother Wade Dennis and sister Ruth Plyler all of Albemarle, grandchildren, Christopher and Matthew Dick. She was a member of Porter Baptist Church and enjoyed reading, crocheting, and music. Visitation will be Monday, November 2, 2009 from 2-3 at Porter Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Funeral service will be Monday, November 2, 2009 at 3 p.m. at Porter Baptist Church with the Rev. Flynn Richardson officiating.
