Dr. Malcolme Ibrahima Bodian, 62, of Locust, NC passed away Monday, November 29, 2021 at his home after an extended illness.
Malcolme was born July 14, 1959 in Ireland.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jennifer Mary Hall Bodian; stepson, William (Heather) Vangilder; step grandchildren, Aubrey and Andrew; mother-in-law, Doreen Mary Hall; and his beloved service dog, Button.
Malcolme had various careers and passions through his life. He honorably served his country Ireland in their Defense Forces' Special Forces unit during Desert Storm. He was a chef and owned the Bent Elbow Tavern in Ireland. Malcolme held a Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. He had a love for horses and was a passionate equine veterinarian and trainer. He was a member of the Cowboy Church network and served as a layman. He loved to travel and had seen most of the world. He was a jokester at heart and enjoyed telling his wild Irish tales.
