Mamie Love Trull, age 88, of Stanfield, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her son’s home, on Friday, April, 20, 2012. The family will receive friends from 7 – 9 p.m., Sunday, April 22, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, at First Baptist Church of Stanfield, where she was a member, with a 30 minute state prior to the service. Rev. Bruce League and Rev. David Sanders will officiate and burial will follow in the church cemetery. At other times, the family will meet at the home of her son, Jimmy, at 12116 Coyle Road, Stanfield. Mrs. Trull was born in Stanly County on January 14, 1924 to the late Elam Love and the late Fannie Mae Osborne. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carlyle Trull in 1994; a son, David Trull, at birth; five brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her sons, Garry Trull, Terry Trull, and Jimmy Trull and his wife, Debbie, all of Stanfield; her grandchildren, Brandy Kivett and her husband, Timmy, of Stanfield, Tommy Trull of the home, Matt Trull and his fiancé, Tonya Dennis of Stanfield, and Joe Trull and fiancé, Stephanie Griffith, of Stanfield; three great-grandchildren, Jersey and Jase Kivett and Payton Trull; and her sister, Ethel Mills, of Stanfield.
