Mao Vang, 84 years of age, of Mount Gilead, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
Mao was born April 4, 1930 in Laos. She was preceded in death by her husband, Soua Lee Yang.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm Saturday, January 31, 2015, Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel and again on Sunday, Febreuary 1, 2015, from 9:00 am until 8:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at a later date in CA.
Survivors include sons, Shawn Yang of Fresno, CA, Chia Yang of Mount Gilead, Hernh Yang of Modesto, CA; daughters, Kia Yang of Sacramento, CA, Koe Saelee of Thailand, Mee Tcha of France, and Vang Yang of Eureka, CA.
Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Yang family.
