Marcia Peskir

Marcia Kay Peskir, 70, of Harrisburg, NC passed away peacefully at home on Monday, May 10, 2021.

Marcia was born February 21, 1951 in Mingo, OH to the late Samuel George Schearer and the late Betty Marylyn Schearer.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Peskir in 2012, and sister Ruth Ann Randall and husband Robert Randall in 2021.

Survivors include her son, Mark Peskir and wife Julia; daughter, Cheryl Peskir and significant Nathaniel Lee Rickenbach, Jr.; six grandchildren; sister, Diane Rhoades and husband Dave Rhoades; as well as several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside memorial service to celebrate Marcia's life will be held at Carolina Memorial Park in Harrisburg, officiated by Pastor Chad Miller of Grace Covenant Church.  Friends are welcome to gather with the family between 1:00pm - 4:00pm on Saturday, May 15th at the residence of family friend Tim Carman, at 401 Morris Drive, Harrisburg, NC.
