Margaret Rose Gosnell McIntyre, 87, died Wednesday, September 2, 2009, at Tucker Hospice House, Kannapolis, NC. Funeral service Saturday, September 5, 2009, 1:00 p.m First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant, officiated by Rev. Lewis Whittington, burial at Forest Lawn West Cemetery, Charlotte, NC. Born in Polk County to the last Charles and Ethel (Durham) Gosnell. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Grady McIntyre, two brothers, and three sisters. Survivors; daughters, Kitty M. Lefler and husband, David, of Midland, and Peggy M. Rollinson and husband, Bill, of Greensboro; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
