Margie Nance

Margie Marie Barbee Nance, age 80 of 204 Old Highway 74 East, Monroe, NC, 28110 passed away on November 23, 2011. A graveside service will be held at Indian Hill Presbyterian Church at 11:00 A.M. Saturday. Mrs. Nance was born on November 27, 1930 to the late James Tillero Barbee and the late Mamie Estelle Hagler Barbee. She was preceded in death by son, Richard Dixon; sister, Faye Baucom; and brothers, Loomis Barbee and Lawrence Barbee. She is survived by her son, John Dixon and wife Judy of Stanfield; sisters, Rachel Huneycutt, Eva Taylor, Alice Love, and Della Crayton of Stanfield, NC; grandchildren, Scott, Shania, Darren, Josh, Keith Dixon, Holly Clontz, and Jennifer Little; great-grandchildren, Regan, Cole, Taylor Dixon, and Jamie Dabbs. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Nance family.
