Marion Lagasse

Marion Alice Lagasse, 67, of Locust, passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Tucker Hospice House.

Mrs. Lagasse was born June 2, 1952 in Mecklenburg County to the late William Amberson and Mary Ritch Amberson.  She was preceded in death by son, Brian Dale Lagasse; sister, Mary Elizabeth Irvin; and brothers, Bobby Amberson, Jimmy Amberson, Gene Amberson and Jerry Amberson

Alice was a very kind hearted person and would do anything to help others.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. A memorial service will follow in the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Jason Goodnight.

Survivors include husband, Norman Lagasse of Locust; son, Tony Lagasse and wife Crissy of Concord; daughter, Karen Lagasse Goulding and husband Greg of Massachusetts; grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah, Amber, Dean, Andrew and Gregory; sister, Joyce Walker and Marion's twin sister, Ellen Deese.
