Living in Mint Hill most of his life Buck attended Bain School, along with working on the farm and doing all different kinds of jobs. Buck enjoyed fishing, hunting, having a garden, country music and old TV shows. He also liked raising chickens and having his dog Stumpy around. He was always there to lend a hand, and tell you like it is. He enjoyed the simple life and had a good heart as big as the outdoors which he loved. He was honest and a man you could trust and knew he had your back. Also he enjoyed cooking especially his cathead biscuits and hubcap cakes. His laughter at times could make you smile. “Uncle Buck†you were loved and truly will be missed by nieces, nephews and friends. And a special thanks to Mr. Pete Rushing.
