Marjorie Walker

Marjorie Ann Helms Walker, 84, of Harrisburg, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022 at her residence in Harrisburg.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12 noon,on  Friday, September 16, 2022 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.

The funeral service will follow at 12:00 pm in the Miller J. Hartsell Memorial Chapel in the funeral home. Services will be officiated by Rev. Bill Ballance and the Rev. Wesley Shell . The burial will follow at the Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery at 7940 Rocky River Road, Concord.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Bobby Joe Walker, and several brothers and sisters.

She is Survived by her daughter, Kimberly and husband Ed Tatum, of Concord; a son, Jamie Walker and wife April of Harrisburg; grandchildren Justin Tatum, Sydney and husband Jacob Dean,and Devin Walker and wife Michele; and a sister Elsie and husband James F. Walker Jr.

Margie fulfilled many roles throughout her life including homemaker, teacher, disciple, and friend. Mrs. Walker enjoyed spending time with her family. She has faithfully served Jesus since childhood, and is certain of her final home.
