Martha Tucker

Martha Kate Tucker, 96 years of age, of Kannapolis, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Horizon Bay Assisted Living in Concord. Kate was born June 17, 1917 in Union County, NC to the late Tillman Millard Tucker and the late Carrie Clontz Tucker. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Cleone Tucker; and brother, Zed Tucker. The graveside service will be at 2 pm on Monday, January 13,2014 at Crooked Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 7920 Crooked Creek Rd. in Monroe. Elder Larry Austin will officiate the service. She is survived by her nieces, Karen White and husband Rick of Monroe, and Terri White and husband David of Wingate; and nephew, Daniel Tucker of Monroe.
