Marvin Miller

Marvin Dean Miller, 58, of Stanfield, NC, formerly of Howell, Michigan, passed away November 16, 2010, in Galax, Virginia. Mr. Miller was born April 13, 1952, in West Branch, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his father, John Carroll Miller, and grandson, John. A memorial service will be held Friday, Nov. 19, 1:30 p.m., at Loves Chapel United Methodist Church, Stanfield, officiated by Rev. Lucy Blizzard. Survivors include his mother, Ivah Mae Holzheuer Miller; sons, Matthew Miller of Tampa, Florida, and Brent Miller of Stanfield; daughters, Lana Fatzinger and Corby Taylor, both of Tampa; brothers John, Richard, and Larry Miller; sisters Lana Dickie, Signe Burke, and Nancy Kannenberg; and five grandchildren, Austin, Ryan, Trey, Jayden and Nicholas.
