Mary Brewer

Mary Geraldine Brewer, 82 years of age, of Norwood, passed away Thursday, August 6, 2015 at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle.
Ms. Brewer was born January 7, 1933 in Stanly County to the late Otis Harris and the late Martha Morris Harris. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Shuford Franklin Brewer and a son, Joel Mclain Whitley.
A private family service will be held.
Survivors include daughters, Connie Lowder and husband Ronnie of Norwood and Gail Whitley of Albemarle, son Franklin Brewer and wife Ginger of Albemarle, grandsons Michael Lee Lowder, Joel D. Lowder, John Alan Starnes, Dustin Sinclair, Jacob Brewer, Joshua Brewer and Kelly Brewer, granddaughter Mattiegrace Brewer, great grandson, Jacob Brewer, step great granddaughter Kendra Yarborough, and brother Brady Harris of Forrest Oaks Rest Home.
