Mary Louise Holmes, 83 years of age, of Midland, NC, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017 at the Brian Center in Concord, NC.
Mary was born January 22, 1934 in Binghamton, NY, to the late John Winfred Sanborn and the late Marion Elizabeth Sanborn.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm, Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland, NC. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.
Survivors include daughter, Karen (Michael) Oranchak of Midland, NC; four sons, David Holmes of Binghamton, NY, Chris Holmes of Binghamton, NY, Eddie (Kim) Holmes of Endicott, NY, and Steven (Ashley) Holmes of Raleigh, NC; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, John Sanborn of Port Jervis, NY, and Phillip Sanborn of Susquehanna, PA; and husband, Edward David Holmes of Binghamton, NY.
