Mary House

Mary Marie Oldham House, age 87, of 1265 Polk Ford Rd., Stanfield, NC 28163 died January 19, 2010 at Britthaven of the Piedmont Nursing Home, Albemarle. She was born in Durham, NC to the late George Stanly Oldham and Eunice Riggsbee Oldham. She is also preceded in death by her husband Mack Stamp House, Sr.. She is survived by her son Mack House, Jr. of Mars Hill, NC, daughter Linda Lopez of Stanfield, NC, grandson Mack House, III of Cranston, RI, and granddaughter Lauren Stirewalt,Albemarle, NC. She worked in Accounting for Mecklenburg County and was a member at Providence United Methodist Church of Charlotte. The family will be receiving friends Thursday, January 21, 2010 from 6 - 8 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home - Midland. A service will be held Friday, January 22, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home - Midland with Walter Dennis, Chaplain of the Mecklenburg County Sheriff's Office officiating. Interment will be at Stanly Gardens of Memory. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly County, 960 N. 1st Street, Albemarle, NC 28001.
