Mary Huneycutt

Mary Huneycutt, 92 years of age, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Stanly Manor.

Mrs. Huneycutt was born August 27, 1925 in Anson County to the late Albert Jordan Tyson and the late Fannie Mae Tyson. She was also preceded in death by husband, James Hubert Huneycutt; a son, Wayne Huneycutt; and daughters, Nena Crisco and Linda Couick.

Mary loved going to church, making biscuits and fishing.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM, Thursday, January 4, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Thursday, January 4, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel officiated by Pastor Kenneth Burris. Burial will follow at the Faith Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery, 34915 Locust Lane in New London.

Survivors include sons, Michael and wife Betty Huneycutt and Gerald and wife Frances Huneycutt; daughters, Judy Misenheimer and Tammy and husband Kenneth Burris; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
