Mary Huneycutt

Louise Whitley Huneycutt, 91 years of age, of Oakboro, passed away Friday, September 11, 2015 at Trinity Place in Albemarle.

Mrs. Huneycutt was born December 25, 1923 in Stanly County to the late John Arthur Whitley and the late Ellen Blondell Page Burris.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, who died in 2006, Rayvon G. Huneycutt; stepfather, Crowell Burris; and sisters, Ruth King and Clarene Burris.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be on Sunday at 3:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel in Albemarle, officiated by Rev. Charlie Littlejohn and Rev. Tab Whitley. Burial will follow at the Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Survivors include goddaughter, Evon Jordan and husband, Jerry, of Oakboro; and grandsons, Chris and Eric Snuggs,.
