Mary Huneycutt

Mary Rachel Varner Huneycutt age 84 of 315 Park Ridge Rd., formerly of 24538 Cherokee Rd, Albemarle passed away Monday, September 13, 2010 at Stanly Regional Medical Center. She was born December 2, 1925 in Davidson County to the late Harvey Grant Varner and Ruth May Skeen Varner. She was also preceded in death by her husband Gaston Paul Huneycutt. She is survived by daughter Karen Huneycutt Hobbs and husband Jim of Wilmington; sister, Beanie Varner Whitley of New London; Grandchild, Robin Davis of Indian Trail; Great Grandchildren, Alexis and Taylor Davis of Indian Trail. Visitation will Wednesday be, September 15, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. Funeral service will be Thursday, September 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel. Revs. Bobby Josey, Tab Whitley and Mark Mabry. Burial will follow at Stanly Gardens of Memory.
