Mary Wilson

Mary Louise Starnes Wilson, age 76, of Kannapolis, passed away on Saturday, April 2, 2011 at Transitional Health Services. She was born on July 2, 1934 in Cabarrus County to the late Floyd Starnes and the late Mary Magalene Poplin Klous. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Henry Wilson; son, Michael Wayne Wilson; brothers, Floyd Jr. and Fred Starnes. Mary was of the Baptist faith and a waitress. The family will be receiving friends at 661 Bainbridge Drive, NE, Concord on Sunday, April 3, 2011 from 4:00 until 6:00 PM. She is survived by her son, Charles Ray Wilson and wife, Pamela, of Kannapolis; daughters, Dianne Wilson Stein and husband, Jimmy, of Concord, and Teresa Brown and husband, Duane, of Concord, brothers; Don and Bill Starnes, both of Concord; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
