Matthew Perkins

Matthew Baldwin Perkins, 50, of Concord, NC  passed away Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC.

Matthew was born February 14, 1969 in Derby, Connecticut to Raymond Francis Perkins and Charlotte Perkins.
He was preceded in death by his father Raymond and his step mother Lois Ambrose.

Survivors include his twin brother, Mark Baldwin Perkins and wife Ellen of Concord, NC; brother Tim and Laura Perkins of Maryland; sister Regina Newton and husband Ed of Massachusetts; sister Rebecca Orten and husband Macky of Connecticut; sister Bernadette Duncan of Massachusetts; sister Barbara LaReau and husband Jim; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends and celebrate Matthew's life at 7:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local Muscular Dystrophy Association.
