Max Conner

Max Lee Conner, 85 years of age, of Midland, passed away Friday, July 10, 2015 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

Max was born December 21, 1929 in Midland to the late Robert Clarence Conner and the late Nettie Allene Conner. He was also preceded in death by brother, Jerry Morris Conner.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Monday, July 13, 2015 at Bethel United Methodist Church. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm in the church sanctuary, and will be officiated by Rev. Mark Clontz. Burial take place at the Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery at 12700 Idlebrook Road, Midland.

Mr. Conner will also lie in state from 12pm to 5pm on Sunday at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland.

Survivors include nephew, Steve Conner of Midland; nephew, Michael (Cindy) Conner of Midland; niece, Sandra Conner of Midland; and sister-in-law, Charlotte Conner.
