May (Num Maiv) Vang, Age 48, passed away at the Tucker Hospice Home in Kannapolis, on August 17, 2016 surrounded by his family.
He was born on November 19, 1967 in Laos and moved to California after the Vietnam War. He married Ngia Moua on February 14, 1987. They later moved and settled in North Carolina in 1996. May Vang had a passion for soccer, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Vang is survived by his wife Ngia Moua, 3 sons; Ritchie Vang, Ricky Vang, Ronald Vang, and 3 daughters; Sue Vang, Julia Vang, Samantha Vang. Other survivors include father, Yuvu Vang, step mother Youa Yang, 10 sisters, and 4 brothers.
Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Vang Family and funeral Services will be held on August 26th, 27th, and 28th, opening at 7am on Friday the 26th at AmVets 29484 Bobcat Road Albemarle, NC 28001.
