Merrill Honeycutt

Merrill Wayne Honeycutt, 77 years of age, of Concord, NC passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord.

Merrill "Pee Wee" was born August 18, 1939 in Concord, NC along with his triplet brother and sister Carol and Darrell, to the late Leonard Ransom Honeycutt and the late Daisy Estelle Thompson Honeycutt. He was also preceded in death by his sister Mary Frances Honeycutt Furr; and his wife Joyce.

Survivors include his sisters Virginia Kiser; Shirley Lambert and husband Stephen; Carol Davis and husband Lynn; his brothers Bill Honeycutt and wife Vivian; Ralph Honeycutt; Darrell "Pee Wee" Honeycutt and wife Gail; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Friday, July 7, 2017 at Pine Grove Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 3:00 pm officiated by Rev. Ray Rivenbark. Burial will take place at the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church.
