Michael Monaghan

Michael Sennett Bayne “Mike” Monaghan, 62, of Albemarle, passed away, Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Stanly Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Born, December 21, 1949 in Pensacola, Florida, he was the son of the late Bayne Henderson Monaghan and the late Nola Elizabeth Rabon Monaghan. He is survived by his former wife, Betty Pickler Davis of Albemarle; daughter, Mary Faulkner and husband Nathan of Albemarle; stepdaughters, Jenny Hatley of Badin and Amanda Miller of Albemarle; brother Pat Monaghan of Missouri; and grandchildren, Hailey, Alex, Conner and T.J. The funeral service will be Saturday, August 25, 2012, at 3:00 pm at Canaan Baptist Church, Albemarle. Rev. Paul Pickler will officiate. The family will receive friends after the service in the fellowship hall. He was a sales manager in the auto parts industry for 20 years.
