Mickey Long

Mickey Tilton Long, 56, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2022 in Concord.

Mickey was born February 11, 1966 in North Carolina to the late William Tilton Long and Patricia Stepanian.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday, September 2, 2022 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.

Mickey was a loving husband, father, son and brother.  He was loved by all those who knew him.  Mickey was very proud and knowledgeable of his career as a HVAC technician at Blackmon Services and was well sought out for his expertise in the field.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles as well as street-racing hodrods.  Some of his favorite past-times included spending time on the lake or at the beach.  Mickey strived to help anyone in need and wanted to be a blessing to his community with his God-given talents.

Survivors include wife, Frannie Long of Concord, NC; son, Sam Long and daughter, Cassandra Long;mother, Patricia Stepanian of Concord, NC; sisters JoAnn Gomez and Laceta Long of Florida; brother Robert Long of Concord; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Cabarrus or the Cancer Society.
