Mildred Riley

Mildred  "Charmen" Deason Riley, born on January 21, 1940 in Mount Holly, North Carolina. Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother went home to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 20, 2022.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life husband, James "Lee" Riley. And by her parents James Richard Deason and Susie Mae Taylor Deason. She was also preceded in death by her sisters; Janie Lemmond, Louise Deason, and Peggy McIntosh; and brothers, Charles Deason and Luther Deason.

She is survived by sons Jimmy Riley of Mount Ulla, NC and Stephen Riley of Washington State;  and by daughter, Tammy Riley Hudgins and her husband, Keith Hudgins of Cobbs Creek, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren, Scott Riley and Johnny Hudgins of Cobbs Creek, VA.She is further survived by sisters; Hazel Deason, Margaret Hayes, and Wanda Spencer; and brother Richard Deason.  She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to Hospice & Palliative Care of Iredell County and her hospice team which made her road a much easier one.
