Mildred Wilson

Mildred Catherine Coley Wilson, 89, of passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at Morningside Assisted Living in Concord. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Wednesday, November 9, 2011 from 1 until 2 pm. Funeral services will follow at 2 pm in the chapel, with Rev. Jerry Hagler officiating. Burial will follow at St. Martin Lutheran Church Cemetery. Mildred was born on April 6, 1922 in Portsmouth Virginia, to the late Henderson Jonas and Laura Smith Coley. She was office manager at The Naval Shipyard and a member of Morrison United Methodist Church in Newport News, VA. Mildred is survived by: son, Keith Wilson and wife Susan of Concord; grandchildren, Stacy Beard and husband Will, Ashley Wilson, and Chad Wilson and wife Kellee; four great-grandchildren.
