Mitzie Weaver

Mitzie Jean Morris Weaver, 72, of Waxhaw, NC, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010, at Carolinas Medical Center – Union, Monroe, NC. Mrs. Weaver was born July 3, 1938, in Mecklenburg County. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Lee Morris and mother, Daisy Gwen McDuffie Morris. No services are scheduled at this time. Survivors include her daughter, Jackie Crump and husband, Kenny, of Locust; son, Richard Todd Weaver, of Waxhaw; sister, Gail Drennan, of Raleigh; nephew, Gary Drennan, of Raleigh; former husband, Dennis A. Weaver, of Charlotte; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Hartsell Funeral Home, Midland, is serving the Weaver family.
