Myra Gardner-Roach

Myra Gardner-Roach, 80, of Concord, passed away Friday, March 17, 2023 at  in Concord.

Mrs. Roach was born June 11, 1942 in Cabarrus County,  North Carolina to the late Conrad Elbert Edwards and the late Virginia Mauldin Edwards.
She was also preceded in death by husband, Earl William Gardner. Then her second husband, Wesley Roach.

Myra was a graduate of Hartsell High School in Cabarrus County. She worked for Cabarrus Memorial Hospital and retired after 30 years in Nursing Services. Wanting to have an active retirement she  then went back to work for 16 years at Harrisburg Presbyterian Daycare until full retirement.

There will be a graveside service held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at 11:00 am in the Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis Hwy. 29N at I85, Exit 58, Concord. The service will be officiated by Rev. Jeffrey Rushing.

Survivors include son, Keith (Denise) Gardner of Concord, NC; grandchildren, Kasey Miller (Kyle), Kelsey Swett (Brandon);also surviving are great-grandchildren, Emma Miller, Cleo Miller,
