Myrtle Bost

Myrtle Lee Brock Bost, 83, of Country Home Road Concord passed away on Friday, August 26, 2011 at Country Home Assisted Living in Concord. She was born on June 1, 1928 in Chesterfield County, SC to the late Frank Brock, Sr. and Sally Pierce Brock. She was also preceded in death by her husband Paige Elroy Bost. Mrs. Bost was a Customer Service Manager for JC Penney. She was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, and a life long member of Evangelical Lutheran Church Women and an active 4-H leader. Funeral services will be held at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church on Monday, August 29th at 2 PM, with Rev. Kay Eugene Overcash officiating. The family will receive friends after the burial at the church. She is survived by: daughter, Rebecca Bost Clay of Troy; son, Kenneth Lee Bost of Concord; sister, Martha Brock Bishop of Summerville; brothers, Wayne Brock of Lancaster, SC, James A.
