Myrtle Plowman

Myrtle Frances Plowman, 80, of Albemarle, passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Stanly Manor in Albemarle.

Mrs. Plowman was born July 20, 1938 to the late Noah Nathaniel and Myrtle Poplin Blackwelder. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Franklin Plowman, Sr., brothers, Jim Blackwelder, Bob Blackwelder, sisters, Teen Morton, Betty Floyd.

The family will receive friends from 6:00- 8:00 pm, Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 1:00 pm, located at Bethel Bear Creek United Church of Christ Cemetery,18958 Bear Creek Church Road, Mount Pleasant.

Survivors include: sons, Donald "Frankie" Plowman, Jr. and wife Linda of Denton, Timothy Plowman and wife Cheryl of Albemarle; grandsons, Brian and Terry Plowman; great-grandchildren, Dakota and Hailey.
