Nadine Yow

Nadine Thompson Yow, 89 years of age, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Avante at Concord in Concord.

Mrs. Yow was born April 19, 1926 in Cabarrus County to the late George Arthur Thompson and the late Beulah Byers Thompson. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by husband, Winifred Wilson Yow; son, Winifred Lynn Yow and numerous sisters and brothers.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, May 21, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. The funeral service will be on Friday at 1:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Concord. Burial will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery.

She is survived by two daughters, Darlene Talley and husband Don of Concord and Debbie Barringer and husband Gary of Concord; daughter in-law, Terry Yow of Concord grandchildren, Amy Vaughn, Nicole Greene and husband Bryon of O'Fallen, IL, Jennifer Yow, Jessica Barringer, Corey Barringer and Lyndsey Yow; great grandchildren, Tyler Vaughn, Ryan Vaughn, Delaney Greene, Jackson Greene, Ivey Rodrigus, Kingston Henry; sister, Joyce Maxwell.

Nadine was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family.
