Nancy Albright

Nancy Rae Mobley Albright, 79, of Concord, passed away peacefully from Alzheimer’s on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at Morning Side Assisted Living in Concord,

Nancy Albright was born July 15, 1943, in North Carolina to the late Alwood Mobley and the late Nancy Eskridge James. She was also preceded in death by sister, Betty Diane Cochrane.

Nancy was passionate about working as a Traffic Manager/Director in radio. She started out at Big Ways/WROQ and then on to WLNK (107.9). She absolutely loved her job and was dedicated to her work family.

Nancy was an avid golfer and a member of the Mooresville Women's Golf Association. She was a huge animal lover and had a special love for dogs. She always had a rescue dog living with her providing the utmost love and care. Nancy will be remembered for her beautiful smile, quick wit and laughter, kind nature, and her generosity. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.

At Nancy's request no services will be held. She ask that all friends and family remember her though smiles, memories, and laughter.

Survivors include sister, Debra (Lou) Compoz of Concord, NC, sister, Pat (Jim) Jenkins, niece, Ashley Ide and Ashley’s children Zoe and Zachary (Zac) Ide.
