Holden, Jr., Loyd David Holden, and Lawrence J. (Jack) Holden. She is survived by a brother, Charles E. Holden and wife, Carol, of Knotts Island, NC; sister, Sara Margaret McManus and husband, Paul, of Midland, NC; and sister-in-law, Linda Holden, of Newport, NC. The family would like to thank her faithful caregiver and friend, Kim Howard, her many physicians, surgeons and nursing staff at Presbyterian Hospital for the care given Nan over the last year.
