Nancy Mccachern

Nancy Elizabeth McBride McCachern, 94, of Concord, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.
Mrs. McCachern was born November 11, 1920 to the late Robert Bruce and Ola Litaker McBride. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by husband, James Roland McCachern and son, James Roland McCachern, Jr.
Nancy was an active member of First Presbyterian Church of Concord, where she was an honorary life member of the Presbyterian women of the church.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at First Presbyterian Church of Concord. The funeral service will follow on Wednesday at 11:00am in the church sanctuary, officiated by Rev. Peter Bynum. Burial will held at the Oakwood Cemetery in Concord.
She is survived by a daughter, Gwyn McCachern Furr and husband Robert; five grandchildren, Kathy Kiser and husband David, Ginger Solomon and Kim Mauldin and husband Chris, Paul and Daniel McCachern; five great grand children, Ethan, Jake and Reece Mauldin, Lucas and Kennedy Kiser; daughter-in-law, Debbie McCachern.
