Nancy Sue Long Tenhengel, 55 years of age, of Stanfield, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at Carolinas HealthCare System Main in Charlotte.
Nancy was born January 4, 1962 in Albemarle to the late Dorton Long and the late Mary Ross Long.
She was also preceded in death by sister, Mary Holleman.
The family will receive friends from 1:00pm - 3:00pm, Saturday, May 6, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Stanfield. The memorial service will follow at 3:00pm in the church sanctuary. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Survivors include husband, David Morgan Tenhengel of Stanfield; daughter, Morgan Tenhengel of Stanfield; sister, Jeanette (Ronald) Linker of Stanfield; brother, Tommy (Virginia) Long of Stanfield; sister, Linda (Michael) Stirewalt of Rockwell; two nieces, Cassie Boland and Stacey Godwin; nephew, Jeffrey Long; two grand-nieces, Lynnae Boland and Callie Godwin, and one grand-nephew, Hiram Ray Boland.
