Natalie Colleen Turbeville Collins, 46, of Concord, passed away December 12, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center – NorthEast in Concord. Mrs. Collins was born January 31, 1966 in Mecklenburg County to the late James Thomas and Ethel Faye Fisher Turbeville. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord on Wednesday, December 19th from 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home Concord Chapel on Thursday, December 20th at 2 pm, with Rev. Kevin Hartsell officiating. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. Survivors include her husband, James Allen Collins, of the home; her son, Anthony Hatfield and his wife, Rikki, of Concord; her daughter, Jessica Helms and her husband, Jeff, of Concord; her brothers, Jamie Turbeville of China Grove and Daniel Turbeville of Indian Trail; her sister, Christy Hatfield of Concord; and her grandchildren, Laney and Addison Hatfield and Jaxon Helms.
