Nicholas Morgan

Nicholas Grant Morgan, 29 years of age, of Wilmington, NC formerly of Locust, NC, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 12, 2016.
Nick was born June 13, 1986 in Concord, NC to Ronnie Jackson Morgan and Tammie Eubanks Morgan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Neal Eubanks and Irene Eubanks Collins; great grandmother, Gladys Voncannon and great grandparents, Baxter and Winnie Eubanks; as well as his uncles, Dennis and Keith Eubanks.
Survivors include his parents, Ronnie Jackson Morgan and Tammie Eubanks Morgan of Locust; his sister, Jessica Little and husband, Travis of Oakboro; nephew, Deegan Little and niece, Kinley Little; grandparents, Romie and Jane Morgan of Stanfield; uncle, Larry Morgan and wife Lisa; aunt, Renee Love and husband, Doug; and aunt, Amanda Rogers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Thursday, February 18, 2016 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will be on Friday at 1:00 pm at Love's Grove United Methodist Church, 4360 Polk Ford Road in Stanfield officiated by Rev. Jim White. Burial will follow at the Love's Grove United Methodist Cemetery.
Nick was a quiet yet outgoing person who dearly loved his family. He was a member of Love's Grove United Methodist Church. He loved to hunt and fish, as well as motorsports of all kinds. He enjoyed working as a brick mason for Pietrucci Masonry, Inc. in Wilmington. Nick enjoyed going to the beach and playing guitar. He will truly be missed by all those who loved him.
