Nora Crayton

Nora Bell Drye Crayton, 90 years of age, of Salisbury, passed away Friday, February 6, 2015 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice in Wilmington.

Mrs. Crayton was born May 18, 1924 to the late Martha Edna Kluttz and Walter Clyde Drye. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by husband, Loyd David Crayton, and her siblings, Martha Drye, Helen Morgan, Clarence Drye, Hilda Moose, Paul Drye and Ruby Buckwell.

The funeral service is Monday, February 9, 2015 at 1:30 pm at St. John's Lutheran Church, Salisbury, officiated by Pastor Rhodes Woolly. The family will meet with friends immediately prior to the service. Burial will be held following the service at the Cross of Christ Lutheran Church Cemetery at 4500 Rimer Rd., Concord.

Nora is survived by her daughter, Beth Crayton Crawford; her granddaughters, Becca and Kristen; her brother, Clyde Drye (Carol); her sisters-in-law, Betty Crayton, Rachel Collins and Peggy Crayton; many much loved neices and nephews.
