Norma Doris Clark Lombard, 93 years of age, of Clinton, CT passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Carillon Assisted Living in Harrisburg, NC.
Norma was born January 14, 1921 in Gaysville, VT to the late Ivah Ernest Clark and the late Mary Louis Barcomb Clark. She was also preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years, Thomas Harold Lombard; brother, Stanley Clark; and sisters, Mildred Campbell and Eleanor Trickett.
She is survived by her son, Thomas Lombard Jr., of Ft Myers FL; daughters, Noreen Lombard of Midland, NC, and Mary Lombard of Deep River, CT; granddaughter, Kate Benson and husband, Will, of Monterey, CA; and sister, Verlie Farnsworth, of Braintree, VT. She also leaves behind many dear nieces and nephews.
Norma was a faithful member of the First Church of Christ in Clinton, CT. She enjoyed spending time volunteering for the church and at the Senior Center in Old Saybrook, CT. She was a Boy Scout and Girl Scout troop leader. She was a long time NY Yankees fan, an avid gardener, and reader. She was a kind and compassionate woman who found the best in everyone.

Services will be held July 5, 2014 in Braintree, VT.
