Olsen Caudle

Olsen Long Caudle, infant son of Dallas Shane Caudle and Brittney Nicole Phelps Caudle of Midland, passed away Monday, May 18, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center - Main in Charlotte.

Olsen was born May 17, 2015 in Mecklenburg County.

The graveside service officiated by Rev. Arvil Rushing will be at 3pm on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Mill Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. At other times the family will be gathering at his parent's home.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandparents, Tim and Vonda Phelps, and Lanny and Linda Caudle; great-grandparents, Shirley Long, Lydia Hucks, and Paul and Doris Phelps; uncles and aunts, Noah Phelps, Matt and Erin Ward, and Wendy and Junior Smith; and many other loving family members and friends.

The family would like to express their greatest appreciation to all of the staff at Carolinas Medical Center-Main.
