Mrs. Ora Jane Drye McCambridge 86 of Concord, NC passed away on Friday, November 27, 2009 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis, NC. Born on May 23, 1923 in Stanly County to the late Benton C. Drye and the late Lula Bell Burgess Drye. Also preceded in death by her husband Larry McCambridge, two sons, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. Mrs. McCambridge was a member of Pitts Baptist Church in Concord. The family meeting place will be at the home of daughter Jenelle Carroll. A visitation will be held at Pitts Baptist Church on Sunday, November 29, 2009 from 1 PM until 2 PM. Funeral services will be held at Pitts Baptist Church on Sunday, November 29, 2009 at 2 PM, with the Rev. Scott Davis and the Rev. Russell Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Oakboro Cemetery. Survived by: step-sons, Bobby McCambridge and wife Kim of Wyoming, MI, Richard McCambridge and wife Debby of Howard City, MI; daughter, Jenelle Carroll of Concord; grandsons, Bobby Carroll and wife Cindy of Indian Trail, Dale Carroll and wife Sandra of Belmont; step-grandson, Kyle McCambridge of Wyoming, MI; great-grandsons, Joshua Carroll of Belmont, Christopher Hopkins of Monroe; and great-granddaughter, Lauren Hopkins of Indian Trail.
