Pamela Hartsell

Pamela Claudette Elwood Hartsell, 65 years of age of Davidson, went to be with her heavenly father on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Five Oaks Rehabilitation Center in Concord.
Pamela was born April 16, 1952 in Cabarrus County, a daughter of Louise Overcash Elwood and the late Billy Ray Elwood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gary Lynn Hartsell.
She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Women. She was a waitress at Lake Todd Fish Camp for many years. Pamela enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 4149 Odell School Road, Concord, NC. The funeral service will follow at 2:30 pm officiated by the Rev. Greg Hamilton. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Survivors include her mother, Louise Overcash Elwood of Davidson; sons, Christopher Hartsell (Susan) of Kannapolis, John Hartsell (Emily) of Concord, and Patrick "Bubba" Hartsell (Victoria) of Kannapolis; brothers, Elbert Elwood (Brenda) of Concord, and Delbert Elwood (Amy) of Concord; sister, Elizabeth Elwood Dutch of Davidson; seven grandchildren, Shelby, Emma Rae, Tucker, Ryleigh, Raegan, Chance, and Madelynn.
