Patricia Clontz

Patricia Ann Thompson Clontz, 65, of Stanfield, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at CMC - NorthEast in Concord. Mrs. Clontz was born December 31, 1947 in Kershaw, SC to the late Benny Tillman Thompson and Louise Elizabeth Baker Thompson. She was also preceded in death by three sisters. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 6 to 8 pm at Philadelphia Baptist Church in Stanfield. The funeral service will be Monday, October 14th at 4 pm at Philadelphia Church officiated by Rev. Dwight Mabry. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Jerry Clontz of Stanfield; step-son, D.J. Clontz of Stanfield; sister, Oletta Johnson of Kershaw, SC; brother, Benny Thompson of Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly County, 960 N. 1st Street, Albemarle, NC 28001. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Clontz family.
