Patricia "Pat" Rita (Ballard) Crumb, age 57, of 2600 Barr Road Concord, N.C., died Saturday, June 13, 2009, at CMC-Northeast in Concord, N.C. Mrs. Crumb was employed by Long Preschool in Concord as a Teacher's Assistant and was of the Catholic Faith. The family will be meeting at the home.. . Born on September 1, 1951 in West Milford, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Robert Ballard and the late Teresa (Trenero) Ballard. She is survived by her husband- Ronald K. Crumb; of the home, son-Brian Richard Heberling of Mooresville, NC, son-Robert Joseph Heberling and wife Amanda of Concord, NC, step son- Andrew William Crumb of Charlotte, NC, step son-Matthew William Crumb and wife Roxanne of Marathon,NY,step daughter- Carrie Crumb Whitley and husband, Walter Whitley III of Stanfield, N.C. and Four grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Concord where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, June 15, 2009. A memorial service will be at All Saints Episcopal Church at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 16, 2009 , Father Fred Hoffman officiating.
