Patricia Foster

Pat (or Trish, as many knew her) passed away suddenly on November 22, 2020 in Concord, North Carolina.

Patricia was born on September 19, 1948 to William Lee Capps and Harriett Jeannette (who often went by Nettie) Hageman in Round Lake, Illinois.  She graduated with the 1966 class of Round Lake High School.

After a 23-year-long career as a Chicago police officer, she retired in 2006 to Concord, where she enjoyed home remodeling and her loving dogs.

Pat is survived by a son, Paul Foster, two daughters, Kimberly Foster and Sandra (Shawn) Slattery, a sister, Deborah (Ted) Faurbo, two brothers, Richard (Linda) Capps and W. Lee (Kati) Capps, grandchildren Ryan Slattery, Colin Slattery, Christopher Foster, and Lauren Slattery, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Larry Smith.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
