Patricia Moore

Patricia Ann Moore, 66, of Kannapolis, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Liberty Commons Nursing Home in Salisbury. Mrs. Moore was born August 8, 1947 to the late Harry and Annie Blackwelder. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Moore; a brother, Steven Lawson Blackwelder. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Monday, March 3, 2014 from 12:00pm until 1:00pm. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Gene Edwards will follow in the chapel at 1:00pm on Monday, March 3, 2014. Burial will be held at Carolina Memorial Park in Kannapolis. She is survived by two daughters, Donna Smith and Kim Mangum; five grandchildren, Chris Greeson, Ryan Blackmon, Andrew Blackmon, Ashley Blackmon and Brandi Blackmon. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Moore family.
