Patti Cook

Patti Lee Cook, 62 years of age, of Concord, passed peacefully in the arms of her loving husband at their home on May 26 after a eight year struggle with cancer.

Patti was born March 14, 1953 in Illinois to the late Glen and Wilma Lee of Sugarland TX. She was preceded in death by her sister Vicki Ann Moreau of Marietta GA.

Survivors include husband, James A. Cook of Concord, NC; one niece, Kristin Smith of Dallas GA and her children Kylee and Dylan Whitinger.

Jim and family will greet friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Thursday, May 28, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. A graveside service will follow at Onstott Cemetery in Xenia, Illinois on Monday, June 1, 2015.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Pallative Care of Cabarrus County.
